We leave you a manual with the times and repetitions. There is no excuse, to work. 1. FOOT BALANCE Once standing, we are going to perform the following exercises, follow by steps: Stand with your feet together with your eyes open looking straight ahead. 30-60 seconds. Stand with your feet together with your eyes closed looking straight ahead. 30-60 secs. Standing on a cushion (unstable surface) with your eyes open. 30 60 secs. Standing on a cushion (unstable surface) with your eyes closed. 30-60 secs.
