7 Best Training to Neuro-Balance Therapy
From the Physiotherapy area we have prepared some exercises to work on balance from home. Standing balance, ladder or step work, tandem and dynamic balancing on the go. We leave you a manual with the times and repetitions. There is no excuse, to work. 1. FOOT BALANCE Once standing, we are going to perform the following exercises, follow by steps: Stand with your feet together with your eyes open looking straight ahead. 30-60 seconds. Stand with your feet together with your eyes closed looking straight ahead. 30-60 secs. Standing on a cushion (unstable surface) with your eyes open. 30 60 secs. Standing on a cushion (unstable surface) with your eyes closed. 30-60 secs. WORKING WITH LADDER / SUITCASE / STEP Stand in front of the ladder, suitcase or low stool (no more than 30 cm), if you need it, use front or side support.
